1054 & 1254 both carrying Mackissic Hammermills

You lucky bugger! Do you prefer the front or rear mount ones? Can you still tow a trailer for the chips while the rear mounted ones are hooked up?

Never owned or operated a front mounted one, have read they are a bit of PITA because you can't open the hood of the tractor while it's mounted and they do rattle the branches around as you load them. I believe one of these a PO mounted a hitch. Usually we load into the hydro dump cart ( I'll load a pic of it under LF attachments)
