2-105 white problems

Hi,

2-105 white has a turbo sounds good lots of power gave it a good workout past three days mowing hay on steep rough ground .

the tractor is smoking a lot ,grey blue in color ,clean air filter and oil,using 2 gallons a day.problem no 2 when tractor is setting still i have clutch pushed in and takes a hard push and a long grind to get in gear once it goes in gear tractor moves a little once in gear clutch seams to act normal,plenty of free travek hard to shift to next gear but dont grind just hard to shift.

put it in neutral and same thing all over again i have operated many olivers ond i know this is not normal what can i do to fix these problems?
